Leo is a farm to table restaurant in downtown Annapolis known for exceptional service and quality food and drink. We are looking for an experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and creating a welcoming environment.
- Maintain knowledge of food and drink menus
- Ensure all drinks are prepared, garnished, and presented with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and keeping workstations tidy
- Ability to work well with team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender, with a minimum of 3 years in a high volume bar environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine and beer. (Local spirit knowledge a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- A passion for mixology and current drink trends
- TIPS certification a plus

Leo is open for dinner service 7 days a week, 5pm-10pm Monday-Thursday, 4pm-10pm Friday/Saturday and 4pm-9pm Sunday. We are closed on July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
