As we prepare to open our doors in April 2025, we’re searching for Butchers to join our team and help bring our culinary vision to life with the highest quality cuts.

What You’ll Do:
? Cut and Prepare Meat: Skillfully break down whole animals, portion meat cuts, and prepare items for cooking based on restaurant needs.
? Ensure Freshness: Monitor the quality and freshness of meat, adhering to safety and quality standards at all times.
? Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your butcher station clean, organized, and sanitized, following health and safety regulations.
? Collaborate with the Kitchen Team: Work closely with chefs and cooks to ensure that all cuts of meat are prepared according to specifications for service.
? Assist with Inventory: Help maintain inventory of meat products and assist with ordering and receiving deliveries.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a butcher or in a similar role in the food industry is preferred, but not required.
? Passion for Food: A deep respect for quality meat and a passion for working with the best ingredients.
Attention to Detail: Skilled in meat cutting, portioning, and preparation with a focus on quality and consistency.
Work Ethic: Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment while adhering to cleanliness and safety protocols.
Compensation:
Competitive Pay: Earn $18-$21/hr depending on experience.
