Responsibilities:
- Drive inside sales through prospecting, closing deals, and order processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support outside sales with quotes and sales requests.
- Manage will-call orders, inventory, and warehouse organization.
- Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience or counter/parts salesis a MUST (preferably in automation, instrumentation, or industrial products).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft programs.
- Valid drivers license required.
