This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and a network of healthcare professionals (HCPs), engaging in peer-to-peer conversations and providing scientific and clinical expertise.Why You Should ApplyWith over $500M in the bank and seeking accelerated approval for their lead drug, this company is ready for a big splash.Vacation and Benefits: Unlimited PTO plus 100% paid medical benefits for both the candidate and family.RSUs grants and options will be given at offer.Fantastic Compensation Plan.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, community centers, and HCPs in relevant areas of focus.Engage in meaningful peer-to-peer exchanges with the appropriate therapeutic area community (e.g., hematologists, dermatologists, hepatologists, rare disease community).Serve as a scientific expert and resource, providing accurate support to internal and external stakeholders and timely information about clinical data, ongoing research, and programs.Provide internal stakeholders with feedback and actionable insights from interactions and discussions with KOLs and HCPs.Assist with company-sponsored trials, investigator-initiated trials (IITs), or research collaborations.Deliver scientific presentations and trainings to internal and external stakeholders.Assist with organizing regional advisory boards, as applicable, and presenting at advisory board meetings within your territory.Build a trustful and collaborative working relationship with cross-functional colleagues.Focus on delivering results and demonstrate ownership in key medical projects.Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory guidelines, ensuring all activities are conducted ethically and within legal boundaries.RequirementsAdvanced Clinical/Science degree or professional credentials required (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSc).5+ years of experience working in industry as an MSL or similar role.Strong preference for candidates with experience in hematology.Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.Willingness to travel extensively to engage with KOLs, HCPs, and attend scientific conferences.Strong analytical skills, especially to understand and interpret scientific and clinical research and literature.Seniority level
