Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized nursing plans.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
* Conduct thorough physical assessments, identify potential complications, and develop appropriate interventions to prevent or manage them.
* Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and health promotion.
* Demonstrate expertise in telemetry monitoring, recognizing and responding to arrhythmias, and making informed decisions regarding patient care.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
* Current RN licensure in the United States.
* BCLS/BLS/ACLS certifications required.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in telemetry or critical care settings.
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain a California state license.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare teams.
* Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software applications.
