Job Summary
The position of Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg is currently available at Titan Medical in Woodstock, GA. As a travel nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a med surg setting.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information.
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a registered nurse (RNs).
Previous travel experience not required, but beneficial.
Certifications: BCLS/BLS.
Shift: Day shift (5 x 8 hours).
Job Type: Traveler.
Assignment Length: 12 weeks.
