Position Summary : The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the Company’s operations by overseeing various administrative tasks and managing office resources. This position is pivotal for maintaining a productive and organized workplace. The Office Manager coordinates office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies, manages office supplies, building maintenance, schedules meetings and appointments, and provides general administrative support to senior leadership and other staff as needed. The ideal candidate will possess time management skills, be professionally presentable, capable of maintaining high levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive information, and address employees and guests with a positive and supportive attitude. The candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence as needed, and direct communication to the appropriate department or individuals.
  • Greet customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and care connected with the right office personnel.
  • Acts as a bridge by facilitating communication between CEO, Senior Leaders and other departments.
  • Assist with calendar scheduling for CEO and other executives as requested, including facilitating services for board meetings and other office functions.
  • Assist as needed with travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Oversee office operations to include the management of common space schedules, and maintaining the cleanliness, organization and appropriate supplies of common spaces.
  • Comprehend company data; understand and analyze company data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment, including coordinating repairs for our corporate offices and service centers as needed.
  • Facilitate the ordering of office supplies for all company facilities, including corporate offices and service centers.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Associate’s degree in business administration is preferred.
  • Possess a Kansas Notary Public license or willingness/ability to obtain within six months of hire.

  • Lifting and carrying: Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, such as office supplies and packages.
