Mindfully Psychiatry is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Psychiatrist for our expanding psychiatry services. The practice locations are Cincinnati, Marion, and Strongsville, Ohio (may choose one ). The work consists of providing psychiatric services to patients of the practice, which will be a combination of in office and telehealth. The psychiatrist will also supervise nurse practitioners in their specific office.
Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR, Child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.
Employment Type : This is a W-2 position with flexibility in scheduling (40 hours/week). We also offer a 1099 option for part-time work.
Compensation : The base salary for W-2 employees is $235K, with uncapped earning potential, allowing for up to $300K or more, depending on the clients you see.

Responsibilities:
- Manages the healthcare of patients with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and preserves dignity and rights.
- Prescribes and manages medications and non-pharmacological therapies based on the patient's diagnoses, health history, and age.
- Applies standardized care guidelines in clinical practice.
- Performs designated procedures.
- Supervising a team of up to five individuals, which is in compliance with Ohio's regulations.
- Ensures compliance.
- Works collaboratively with integrated team, including PMHNP and counselors.
Qualifications and skills:
- Required License – Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted OH license to practice medicine
- Ability to function as an effective member of an integrated healthcare team.
