Position Overview - Lead with Confidence: Support the Store Manager by assisting with daily operations, training staff, and stepping into lead when needed.
- Engage with Customers: Get to know your customers with enthusiasm, resolving issues with class creating a friendly environment.
- Keep the Store Running Smoothly: Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked while making sure security protocols are followed.
- Food Service: Safely operate, clean, and maintain food service items and that products are fresh and meet quality standards.
- Maximize Efficiency: Manage and complete reports to maintain first in first out for restocking and inventory.
- Know the Products: Stay informed about store promotions to offer helpful recommendations and ensure customers have the best experience.
- Team Success : Assist with training new team members, complete paperwork and logs, and take on tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized store-including restrooms and outdoor areas. In winter, help with snow and ice removal as needed.
What We're Looking For - Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
- Skills: Strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and retail equipment is a plus.
- Flexibility: Ability to fill in with various shifts if needed.
