Were seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, temporary Director of Nursing contract at a St. Cloud facility . This role offers MondayFriday daytime hours . What Youll Do

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care
• Provide leadership, manage compliance, and support team development
• Collaborate with physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides
• Monitor patient conditions, review orders, and administer care

What Were Looking For

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) , Or Director of Nursing (DON)
• Familiarity with federal and state survey processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• CPR certification and knowledge of healthcare regulations
