We are an Independent Insurance Agency based in Valdosta, GA looking for a full-time employee (40 hours weekly), which must have the following skills:

Must have an Active Georgia Property and Casulty Insurance License.

Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent to establish and meet quarterly goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent’s role.
Must be willing to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Professionally answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
Must be willing to learn and be apart of a team in an office environment.
Proficient when using a computer, Microsoft Office, understanding and willingness to learn databases, collect information and perform data entry.
Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents. Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
