Overview:

Compensation$28 flat rateEvening differential $2.00/hr.Night differential $2.50/hr.Weekend differential $2.50/hr.Ortho/Spine is a 32 bed unit specializing in orthopedic patients. We have disease specific certification from the Joint Commission in Hip Replacement, Knee Replacement and Hip Fx patients which deems us a center of excellence. We also care for Total Shoulder and Ankle patients as well as other fractures. We also care for low level cardiac patients and some med-surg patients.Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of unit based technical tasks in caring for adult and geriatric patients.Qualifications:

EducationCompletion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse.ExperiencePrefer previous hospital experience.Previous work history reflecting stable employment is necessary.If no work experience, will consider school attendance record and performance.(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure/Certification.Current Oklahoma State LPN License.Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
