Care for patients requiring an intermediate level of care, positioned between the intensive care unit and general medical-surgical floors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals necessitating a higher level of attention than general medical-surgical floors but less intense than the intensive care unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are developed and implemented effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and communicate relevant information to the interdisciplinary team as needed.
- Respond promptly to patient needs, prioritizing tasks to provide timely interventions and minimize risks.
Requirements:
