Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown
Our healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Salisbury, Maryland. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced stepdown environment.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a compassionate and highly motivated Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting to fill this role. Previous travel experience is not required, but it is highly desirable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit setting
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document patient information
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Educate patients and their families on disease management and wellness strategies
**Requirements:**
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a stepdown unit
* BLS, ACLS, and BCLS certifications
* Ability to work night shifts (3x12)
