Job Details

• Pay: $ per day (to be updated)

• Positions Open: 1

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift Times: 12hr, 1900-0730

• Guaranteed hours per week: 36

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

• Float Requirement: As needed in skillset

• Specialized Skills:

  • IV insertion

  • Tele Interpretation

  • EMR: Cerner

  • Patient Populations:

    • Adolescent

    • Adult

    • Geriatric

  • Diagnoses and Treatments:

    • MII

    • Irregular heart rate

    • COPD

    • PNA

    • Renal failure

    • Influenza

  • Equipment:

    • CAPD

    • IV Pump

    • SCD

    • Low air loss mattress

    • VAC

  • Medications:

    • Hep

    • Cardiazem

    • Amiodorone

    • Dopa

    • Dobut

  • Requirements:

    • Active Unrestricted CA License

    • Active BLS from the American Heart Association - required

    • ACLS, NIHSS required

    • At least 2 years recent experience

    • 2+ years of acute care nursing experience

    • 2+ completed traveling assignments (6+ months)

    • Must have at least 1 supervisory references
