High-Energy ICU Step Down Unit Seeks Experienced RNs

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a fast-paced 32-bed ICU step down unit.

Unit Overview:

This high-acuity unit serves patients transitioning out of intensive care and those requiring a higher level of care. Our patient population is primarily comprised of neurological, medical, and surgical cases, including patients from our Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center program.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited institution
• Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), but Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted
• License: Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure, with all state board of nursing requirements met
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

Registered Nurse Incentives:

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced RNs, $10,000 for new graduate RNs
• No contract required
