About the Position:
Our client is seeking high-energy HVAC Service Managers to join our client’s team in the Greater DC Metroplex, with opportunities in both Northern Virginia and Greater Baltimore areas. These leadership roles are perfect for professionals ready to manage daily field operations, mentor teams, and drive safety, quality, and business growth in a dynamic environment. Candidates will find a fast track to advancement, with a clear path to a General Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate and manage commercial HVAC maintenance and service projects.
• Proven experience as a Service Manager or Service Supervisor in commercial HVACR.
• Exceptional communication and customer relationship management abilities.
• While plumbing expertise is a plus, HVAC expertise is essential.
