About The Position Family Practice MD in Macon, Georgia needed for Home Health assessments.
Assessments include: In-home health and wellness evaluations, H&P evaluations, reviewing medications/dosages, physicals, blood pressure checks, finger sticks, urine sample collection, and leaving fecal kits for patient use.
The ideal candidate will be a geriatric-focused Family Practice MD or alternative provider with experience in in-home assessments. Availability of at least 3 consecutive days per week or 2 full weeks per month is required.
