Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1325.95 - $1452.90

PT needed asap for 13 weeks 8 hrs Days, 8:00AM - 4:30PM Type of equipment : Standard for Acute Inpatient Services Documentation system: Meditech Expanse Scheduling special requirements: Will be weekend rotation and potential Holiday coverage depending on start date Floating policy: May be required to cover OP (minimally – during times of staff PTO) Patient Experience requirements: 1 years Acute inpatient preferred Certifications: The Joint Commission Must have: PT license for Ga Procedures performed on unit: Treatment of Acute inpatients usually consisting of bed mobility training, transfer training, gait training and Therapeutic Exercises Scrubs

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-GA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Floating policy: May be required to cover OP (minimally – during times of staff PTO)
Patient Experience requirements: 1 years Acute inpatient preferred
Certifications: The Joint Commission
Must have: PT license for Ga
