*Key Responsibilities*
* *Perform Diagnostic Scans:* Conduct ultrasound scans as per physician orders, ensuring high-quality images.
* *Patient Positioning: *Properly position patients for comfort and accuracy, explaining procedures to alleviate anxiety.
* *Monitor Patient Vital Signs: *Track and respond to patient vitals during scans, ready to act in emergencies.
* *Evaluate Image Quality: *Assess images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality. Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, reporting malfunctions to appropriate departments.
* *Collaborate with Medical Teams: *Work with radiologists and healthcare providers to support diagnoses and treatment plans.
* *Maintain Records: *Keep accurate and detailed patient records, including protocols, dosage, and adverse reactions.
* *Adhere to Safety Protocols:* Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organised work environment.

*Requirements*
* BLS Certification (required)
* ARDMS Certification (required)
* 2+ years of Ultrasound Technologist experience in a clinical setting
