*Position Summary of CNA*
To perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, while maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.
*Position Responsibilities of CNA*
* Assists residents with daily living activities, including meal prep, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing bed linens, collecting specimens, applying dressings, walking and/or other exercise routines, and repositioning.
* Assures physical comfort, mental well-being, and treats every resident with respect and dignity.
* Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR CNA*
* *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* *Certification: *Current Nurse Aide Certification required.
* *Experience:* Prior long-term care or geriatric experience is helpful.
