*IT Asset Audit Analyst*

*Long-Term Contract*

*On-Site (Frankfort, Kentucky)*



Brooksource is seeking a detail-oriented *IT Asset Audit Analyst* to support our IT Service Management (ITSM) operations. This role is responsible for auditing IT asset records, verifying equipment inventory, and ensuring data accuracy within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools to track and validate IT assets, billing, and workflow compliance.



*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct audits of IT asset workflows in ServiceNow to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Analyze and validate equipment inventory locations, billing details, and asset movements.
* Investigate and reconcile discrepancies, including locating lost or misreported equipment.
* Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to track, verify, and correct asset records.
* Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to improve asset tracking processes.
* Generate reports and provide insights to enhance IT asset management practices.
* Maintain documentation of audit findings and ensure adherence to IT asset policies.



*Qualifications:*
* Experience in IT asset management, auditing, or a related field.
* Proficiency in IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and other data analysis tools.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of IT inventory management best practices is a plus.



*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Prior experience working with IT equipment tracking and reporting.
* Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management and procurement processe

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
