We are looking for a proven Staff Accountant to oversee and perform a variety of accounting duties such as, but not limited to, day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, daily deposits, data entry etc. who will work closely with the controller. This position offers a forward-thinking candidate intragenerational mobility.Candidate must possess:·

Bachelor degree in accounting is a minimum.·

Proven work experience in an accounting/bookkeeping or similar role.·

Advanced knowledge of Excel (creating spreadsheets and using financial formulas).·

Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.·

Great organizational, time-management and analytical thinking skills.·

Work independently with minimal supervision.·

Software Experience: Advanced MS Office. QuickBooks, SAP and JD Edwards a plus·

Wholesale Distributor/Direct sales accounting knowledge helpful.·

Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills·

Strong attention to detail.
