Opening March 2025, Cosetta is a new Italian restaurant and pizzeria from a highly acclaimed local chef with restaurants spanning Los Angeles. We will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The lunch menu is focused on salads, sandwiches, antipasti, and pizzas. The dinner menu will feature a variety of local fish crudos, small plates, blistered pizzas, and a few larger protein-forward mains. The wine list will feature low intervention bottles from smaller wineries whose ethos align with our own. All our bread will be made in-house.

We are a small group of dedicated people trying to bring a little slice of heaven to Santa Monica. Our restaurant is guided by a philosophy of thoughtful execution and genuine hospitality. Every detail—from the design of the space to the menus we serve—reflects a commitment to delivering an experience that feels refined yet welcoming. We’re not about trends or showmanship—we’re about doing things exceptionally well and building a team that takes pride in their craft while striving for continued growth.
What are we looking for?
Someone who enjoys food and wine, hosting, and making a memorable experience for others. We are looking for a team member who is professional, polished and has a genuine affinity towards hospitality, food and natural wine. The ideal team member is:

Requirements - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work at least 3 shifts per week, including 1 day time shift
- Ability to stand for for long periods of time (6+ hours, excluding break times)
- Ability to carry up to 25 pounds
