Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation
Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation in San Francisco, California.
Requirements:
•4-7 years of employment litigation experience handling cases from beginning to end
•Experience litigating California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
•Experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
•Admitted to practice law in the State of California
Base Salary: $210,000 - $240,000 + Bonus
