5+ consecutive years of experience handling individual plaintiff's personal injury cases (not mass tort) in
Texas state court and federal court . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
auto and 18-wheeler accident cases and the ability to manage files independently without constant supervision.
Job Title: Personal Injury (PI) Paralegal
Location: Galleria Area, Houston, TX
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 2 Work-from-Home Days (after a 90-day probationary period)
Compensation & Benefits: - Salary up to $90K , based on experience.
- Hybrid work schedule - 2 remote days per week after 90-day probationary period .
- Health insurance for the employee.
- Year-end bonus based on performance.
- Paid vacation :
- 2 weeks after 1 year
- 3 weeks after 5 years
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced
Personal Injury Paralegal with
5+ consecutive years of experience handling individual plaintiff's personal injury cases (not mass tort) in
Texas state court and federal court . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
auto and 18-wheeler accident cases and the ability to manage files independently without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury litigation , from case inception through trial preparation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case strategy.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely filing of documents.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Organize and summarize medical records, depositions, and other case materials.
Qualifications: - 5+ consecutive years of experience as a PI Paralegal handling individual plaintiff cases.
- Strong knowledge of Texas state court and federal court procedures.
- Experience managing a docket of auto and 18-wheeler accident cases .
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
