What Youll Do:

As a key member of our legal team, you will:

  • Master document management: Handle document production, proofreading, and editing with precision and attention to detail.
  • Navigate e-filing systems: Leverage your expertise in state, federal, and administrative court e-filing processes.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders: Maintain professional communication with clients, attorneys, courts, and other legal entities.
  • Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date with court rules and civil procedures in various jurisdictions.
  • Handle calendaring tasks: Manage legal calendaring with tools like Juralaw and other electronic court rule programs.
  • Coordinate schedules: Oversee multiple attorney calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency.
  • Streamline reimbursements: Prepare and process travel and expense reports seamlessly.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; an Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a litigation secretary , preferably supporting multiple attorneys; familiarity with transactional law or administrative hearings is a bonus.
  • Tech-savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, DMS (iManage or similar), and Coyote timekeeping systems.
  • Organizational superstar: Strong time management skills and the ability to handle shifting priorities with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
