Interventional Pain Management Physician Memphis TN$500kWe are looking for an Interventional Pain Physician to join our growing medical team full time at our offices in Memphis TN as well as our second location in Southaven, MS (15 minutes S of Memphis) . Ideally, we are seeking a fellowship trained, board certified interventional pain physician with experience with a wide variety of pain management procedures. We are looking for outstanding physicians with a passion for quality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team approach to join our growing organization and participate in defining the pain management practice of the future. We have two locations, so the incoming physician must be licensed (or willing to become licensed) in both TN and MS.

Duties:

Patient exam/evaluation to include medical history, relevant imaging/studiesDirect patient care (Diagnoses, Treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditionsPerform interventional procedures as medically necessaryReferral as needed for Imaging and Consultation with other specialtiesRegularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progressPatient education re; diagnosis, treatment plan options, post procedure care, and lifestyle modificationsCoordination of treatment plan with patient and other team membersAccurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

BC/BE Physician in Interventional Pain ManagementFellowship trained in Interventional Pain ManagementMD or DO with Licenses in TN and MS (or willing to obtain both)Schedule:
