Hours for the position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. To 4:30 P.M

There are no nights, no evenings and no weekends and no after hours on-call required.

Social Worker s duties include to engage in the full-time active practice of Primary Care Social Worker on behalf of Sterling Medical at its Savannah, TN location, to provide primary care case management services in a high quality manner consistent with standards established by the American Medical Association, to assist in and promote the growth of Group's practice, and to maintain and improve Group's standing in the community generally. All of Social Worker's duties shall be performed within the policies, rules and procedures established from time to time by Sterling Medical and/or VA Medical Center.

Qualifications:

• LMSW
• TN License
• American Heart BLS
• 2 years preferred experience
• 1 year required experience
