Job Title: Infusion Nurse

Provides direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients in the hospital, home, clinic, or alternate living site. Primary focus of this position will be to provide education to patients discharging from area hospitals. Secondary responsibilities will be to provide infusion nursing care in the home or clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various providers, patients, and caregivers to deliver ongoing care.
• Provide education to patients discharging from area hospitals.
• Deliver infusion nursing care in the home or clinic.

Requirements:

• Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health.
