Our 24/7 Auburn, Maine manufacturing site is hiring several Plant Technicians across multiple operating departments. This career path starts you off as a Production Line Operator, and can progress into several different roles: Production Team Leader, Electrical Technician, QA Analyst, and other support roles.

Meaningful work on Day 1
We do various types of work, including running high-speed converting and packing equipment, controlling the process from a computer terminal, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.
Our technicians contribute to site maintenance, equipment ownership, and overall operations capability. Successful employees will break down technical barriers, obtain technical ownership supporting manufacturing projects, and ultimately bring new production capacity to our site. Work Schedule:
Technicians are expected to work any day of the week, including weekends, on a 12 hour, 2-2-3 rapid rotation shift schedule. Work on weekends may be as overtime or as part of the technician's normal schedule. These shifts rotate days and nights.
Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule.
Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate and work any shift. Additional days could be required to be worked as overtime.
