Excel Loan life cycle is a nice to have
Candidate needs to be familiar with loan life cycle and credit risk/how that integrates into each process

Excel proficiency is a must- requirements given as excel models, need to know how to use formulas, etc. Need to understand the formulas and business requirements and explain that to developers. Projects are all related to credit- loan origination and credit risk cycle
Need to be familiar with loan origination process- this is the process, how do we fit, how does that impact risk domain
