As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the team in delivering excellent customer service while adhering to SSP standards and operating procedures. You will train new staff, manage shift operations, and ensure all tasks are completed according to checklists. This role also involves providing support and coaching to team members to achieve business goals in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Here are a few things you can expect when you join our team as a Shift Supervisor:
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
- Train new hires on operational standards and processes
- Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
- Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food & beverage industry
- Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
