Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Salida, CO Duration: 13 Weeks Shift/Schedule: Monday- Thursday 36 hours/ week = 9 hours per day Guaranteed Hours: 36 Job Description:Minimum 5 years experience in Outpatient and Ortho Care. The Physical Therapist must have completed training in accordance with minimum essential for physical therapy schools as prescribed by Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association. Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy. Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy Active license for the state of Colorado. Aditional Requirment:- 1. Current, active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination. 2. Current CPR Certification.
