Medadventures is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient rehabilitation programs in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You’ll work closely with Physical Therapists to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by a Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve patient mobility, balance, and strength.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:- Active state PTA licensure and certification.
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and patient-focused mindset.
