- Current 1-2 years of current Physical Therapist experience
- Current CA Physical Therapist License
- Additional Certifications may be required
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO or any scheduling requests
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Shift: Day 5x8.0 - Days
Travel Hourly Pay: $20.00
Travel Stipend: $1756.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2556.00
