Responsibilities
We are seeking Entry Level (AWS) SOFTWARE ENGINEERS who have some experience with software or programs within the AWS cloud-based platform to join our State Farm team.
Your Responsibilities May Include
Champion an innovative mind set to deliver AWS cloud native solutions
Applies an understanding of development tools and processes to design and develop full-stack applications in the cloud
Service and maintain product CI/CD pipelines
Provides support and problem resolution for assigned product
Conducts research and integrate industry best practices into solutions
Qualifications
We Are Looking For Candidates With:
Programming Experience- (Examples: Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js,GoLang,SQL, Scala, Spring, etc.)
Strong aptitude to learn new languages and frameworks
Some experience with building and maintaining cloud-native applications using AWS core services (IAM, KMS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, Route 53, etc.)
Ability to use Terraform or a related Infrastructure as Code technology to manage Infrastructure
Ability to create pipelines/automation to deploy changes to production with quality and DevOps best practices
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining application(s) on AWS
Certifications; AWS and HashiCorp a plus
