Responsibilities Lynn Leonard & Associates, insurance staff counsel for State Farm Insurance companies, is seeking paralegals to join our growing Atlanta GA office in January of 2025. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of civil litigation and insurance defense experience, the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and the ability to prioritize workload in a time sensitive environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supporting at least two litigation attorneys with discovery responses, obtaining and sending documents to experts for review, medical summaries, and trial preparation. Hours for this position are 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M., Monday-Friday. For a successful work environment, you will be asked to have a reliable source of internet for your time working from home or virtually. The position is classified as a hybrid role, meaning that the work arrangement calls for hours in the office and virtually. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.
