The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years+ of defense-side or plaintiff-side litigation experience, particularly in state court and in complex tort litigation
• Experience with managing cases from start to finish
• Substantial legal research and writing experience
• Trial experience
• Excellent credentials and a license to practice law in California (active and in good standing)
