A highly regarded legal team is seeking an experienced attorney to support its Debt Finance practice group . This role focuses on enhancing practice efficiency, knowledge management, and strategic development rather than direct client representation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Transaction Database Management: Maintain and update deal term records , ensuring accurate tracking of credit facility structures and market trends
- Precedent & Form Management: Draft, refine, and organize template agreements and transaction precedents
- Legal & Market Monitoring: Track and analyze industry developments , preparing internal updates to reflect market shifts and regulatory changes
- Training & Development: Work with internal teams to develop training materials and facilitate educational initiatives for attorneys
- Business Development & Thought Leadership: Assist in the creation of marketing content, presentations, and client-facing resources to enhance the firm's Debt Finance positioning
- Practice Innovation & Knowledge Management: Collaborate on technology and process improvements to support the practice group
- Attorney Support: Provide attorneys with precedents, templates, and market insights as needed
Qualifications: - Licensed attorney with 4+ years of experience in U.S. Debt Finance transactions
- Strong understanding of credit and security documentation and leveraged buyout structures
- Excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement
Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary ($220,000 - $325,000) based on experience and location
