Contract Litigation Attorney

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA

Pay Rate: $70 to $85 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract or Contract to Hire, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

LHH is working with a Civil Litigation firm, located in Manhattan Beach, CA, in seeking a skilled Contract Litigation Attorney. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, demonstrating expertise in prepping pleadings/motions, discovery, and document review.

Responsibilities:

• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Pleadings and Motions: Prepare, draft, and file pleadings and motions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Discovery: Manage the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and participate in discovery-related proceedings.
• Document Review: Conduct comprehensive document review, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the case.

Qualifications:

• California Bar Admission: Must be an active member of the California State Bar.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil litigation defense.
