We are seeking bright, professional, and motivated candidates for a permanent attorney position. We are a high-volume firm that is always expanding and as a result, offers considerable growth potential. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications for consideration:

• At least 6 months - 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases from inception to settlement
• Ability to directly supervise Case Managers and Legal Assistants
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of California state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to the relevant practice area
• An active member in good standing with the California Bar Association
• Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with support staff and other attorneys
• Ability to assess liability and damages in personal injury claims is essential
• Ability to handle a large caseload and be exposed to significant value cases

Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee multiple cases from intake to settlement phase
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens
• Analyze facts of case to help clear coverage and establish liability
• Communicate daily with clients and provide excellent client service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
