Quality Assurance Supervisor Job Duties:

* Manage a team of four QA direct reports, conducting one-on-one meetings and ongoing training.

* Oversee chemical and physical analysis of products, ingredients, and control samples, ensuring adherence to lab procedures and addressing any deviations.

* Complete Event Reports for non-conforming results.

* Oversee instrument calibration and preventive maintenance for lab equipment.

* Develop and maintain the Environmental Monitoring Program.

* Ensure compliance with all written procedures.

* Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

* DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 12:30am

* Will train on day shift for your first 2 weeks


Quality Assurance Supervisor Requirements:

* At least 2 years of quality assurance experience in the manufacturing industry.

* Experience in a lead or supervisory role


* Ability to follow strict Good Manufacturing Practice Guidelines

* Comfortable standing throughout shift and lifting up to 40lbs
