You'll be supporting two 5-bed residential care and crisis stabilization group homes, assisting adolescents and adults with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral disorders. Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site psychological services for individuals in crisis situations.Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans that promote positive change.Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, behavior specialists, and direct care staff.Conduct assessments, functional behavior analyses, and crisis interventions.Train and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in evidence-based interventions.Participate in treatment planning, psychotropic medication reviews, and team meetings.What You Bring:Doctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License.Experience in behavior modification, crisis intervention, and positive behavioral supports.Strong collaboration and coaching skills to support both patients and staff.A passion for working with diverse populations in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.Your Work Environment:Residential & Crisis Stabilization Group Homes (10 beds across two homes).Engaged and supportive team culture.Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.Make a Difference With The Columbus Organization!We are committed to ensuring everyone deserves a meaningful life, and our team members are at the heart of that mission.
