Responsibilities •Serve as the
first point of contact for new leads, making a strong and lasting impression.

Qualify and nurture leads to identify real buyers and sellers.
•Proactively
engage prospects through calls, texts, emails, and digital follow-ups. •Set appointments with
high-intent clients and hand them off to expert agents.
•Maintain an
organized, high-performing CRM pipeline to drive conversion.
