Your Role
As our HVAC Sales Specialist, you'll:
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for system upgrades or replacements
  • Transform customer interactions into successful service agreements
  • Leverage your persuasive communication abilities to drive revenue
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensively assess HVAC systems for safety, reliability, comfort, and efficiency
  • Provide expert recommendations on system upgrades, energy conservation strategies, and cost-effective maintenance plans
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably with short sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to establish rapport and navigate diverse personality types
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • No prior HVAC experience required - we provide comprehensive training!

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
