The Hotel

Designed around the original 1930s historic private mansion, Royal Palms is home to the award-winning T. Cook's restaurant, the Mix Up Bar, Forbes Four Star Alvadora Spa, a Mother-of-Pearl-tiled swimming pool with private cabanas.
The Role
The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. D uties also include supporting operations teams with guest request tasks while on shift. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. Must have previous security experience since this is an overnight position.
Shift times are 9:00pm - 7:00am
Qualifications:
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Previous security experience preferred
  • Overnight Shifts (9 pm - 7 am)
