We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and executing maintenance initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where innovation and excellence are valued. Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and oversee the maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
5. Manage the maintenance budget and ensure all activities are carried out within the allocated funds.
6. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
7. Provide technical guidance and training to the maintenance team to enhance their skills and performance.
8. Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as required.
9. Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities and performance to senior management.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
2. Demonstrable experience in the food, maintenance, and manufacturing sectors.
3. A degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
4. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment operations, and safety regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Proficient in using maintenance management software and other computer applications.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
