Description
The Mathematics and Physics Department of Iona University invites applicants for adjunct positions in Physics. The successful candidate will teach courses in person at the Iona New Rochelle, NY campus. We anticipate openings at the undergraduate level for both day and evening classes in Fall 2024 and Spring 2025, including instructors for once/week laboratory sessions. We especially encourage applications from current High School Physics teachers.
Salary Range: $1248 - $1531 per credit based on course level and qualifications

Minimal:
At least 2 years experience teaching at either the High School or College level.
Bachelor's Degree in Physics or a closely related field.
Preferred:
Master's Degree or PhD in Physics, Physics Education, or a closely related field.
