Job Details

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a law firm or legal setting.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, labor law, real estate law, tax law, intellectual property, and other areas of law as required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal principles clearly and effectively.
